Will this work as an adhesive as well as a top coat?
- Asked by Teresa B on 20-Mar-14
Answer
While it may have some adhesive properties, we do not recommend Clear Sealer for adhering pieces of a project together. Try Krylon's Spray Adhesive or Blair's Maximum Strength Spray Adhesive to create the project. Then apply Clear Sealer as a final top coat to add durability and protect the piece.

Can this product be used as an adhesive for glitter inside glass ornaments?
- Asked by kim on 19-Dec-13
Answer
This product may be applied to glass surfaces and glitter should stick to it while it is wet. Try spraying the inside of the glass ornament, apply glitter, and then spray another coat to seal glitter in place. Ideally, glitter should be mixed with the adhesive for an even application. We recommend trying Krylon's Glitter Spray or Tulip's Dimensional Fabric Paints Metallic, Sparkle which are also formulated to stick to glass.
